Ms. Breard, a CPA, is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Group Health Cooperative, a nonprofit corporation registered as a health maintenance organization. Prior to that, Ms. Breard served as Chief Financial Officer of Quantum Corporative, a leading data storage company. Ms. Breard joined Quantum in 2006 when it acquired Advanced Digital Information Corp., where she was Vice President of Global Accounting and Finance.
Michael Covey has served as Chief Executive Officer since 2006 and Chairman of the Board since 2007. Mr. Covey served as President and Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2013. Before joining Potlatch, Mr. Covey was executive vice president at Plum Creek Timber Company Inc., where he worked for 23 years.
Eric Cremers is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Cremers was appointed to the Board of Directors in March, 2013. Mr. Cremers served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2012 to 2013, and Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Cremers was previously senior vice president of corporate strategy and business development for Albertsons, Inc. and prior to that, managing director, investment banking for Piper Jaffray.
Mr. Driscoll is partner with Pointe Group Management Company, a private commercial real estate and management company. In March 2008, Mr. Driscoll was recalled to active duty in the United States Marine Corps Reserve as a Civil Affairs officer and deployed to Afghanistan through November 2008. Mr. Driscoll also spent approximately nine months in 2006 serving in Iraq with the United States Marine Corps. He serves as a director of Greenwood Resources, Inc. Greenwood Resources invests in, and manages, high yield, short rotation, sustainable tree farms in the United States, Asia, Europe and South America.
Retired Executive Vice President and Director of Plum Creek Timber Company, Inc. (NYSE: PCL), a publicly traded timber REIT.
President of Parkside Capital, LLC in Houston, which is the general partner and manager of Proterra Realty Fund, LTD, a Texas real estate private equity firm. He also serves as a director of Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a publicly held integrated strategic services provider, and Hines Global REIT, Inc., a commercial REIT.
Retired Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of The Clorox Company (NYSE: CLX), a household consumer products company. Also serves as director of Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ:ROST), the nation’s second largest off-price retailer. Mr. Peiros served as a director of Annie’s, Inc. (NYSE:BNNY), a natural food company from 2013 until it was acquired by General Mills, Inc. in October 2014.
Retired President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of CNF, Inc. (NYSE:CNW), a supply chain logistics company. Also a Director of Synnex Corporation (NYSE:SNX), an information technology distributor and business process services company and a director of Ross Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ:ROST), the nation's second largest off-price retailer.
